Anyone reccomend something in the above line? I've recently moved up to DT240s QR hubs and my OMM QR fit rack isn't compatible with the DT through Bolts.

Giant (maybe others) do a natty seatpost clamp with upper rack mounts. Stick that on a mmmbop and off you go.
Or - find a Cube frame from somewhere. Most of their 26" hardtails have rack mounts.
