[Closed] 26+ What are the options?

Getting increasingly 26+ curious (no real tech or performance reasons - just kind of like the look and idea of it). Done a little bit of research, but what are the easiest/best available options in terms of rims, etc. and who are the go to online suppliers for this stuff? Looking at 2.8 max, so I know tyre choice is pretty limited... Or would I be better off keeping 27.5 rims and going 2.6?
