Can you bodge a 26" inner tube to fit a 29er wheel? Got a load of 26"tubes and want to avoid buying extra tubes if 26" work ok.

I use 29er tubes but i've seen threads on here where people are happily using 26" tubes with no reported problems. I'd try it, the worst that can happen is you'll get more punctures than normal?

Stretch it a bit before you fit and it'll be fine.
