No. By about 0.9mm, unless you can shim it.

wot stumpy said - in engineering terms 0.9mm is a gaping chasm.

shim, or don't bother (I'd take the former option TBH)

are you sure you have got your menauerments right? 24.5mm isn't a standard handlebar bike size, unless you have a Batavus folder.

26.0 was only standard road bars.
