What brands should I be searching for with such features?

Schwalbe.

I use their 20" tubes for ghetto tubeless and the removable core - when used with a coke-bottle reservoir - means the tyres inflate first-time, every-time.

EBay's usually the best place to get them, but got the last ones from Amazon as they were a bit cheaper.

Arent you better off with Schrader valves for Ghetto tubless ?
As said, Schwalbe ones have threaded collars so can be fastened in place.
I got mine from CRC

A track pump for about £10 from Tesco/Asda etc, works for me.

Just use Gorilla tape on the rim and Superstar valves, no need for the ghetto tube when you use the coke bottle inflator
