ordered some bits off crc.
think I hit the wrong button when buying. ended up with a 12/36 cassette. which to be honest I don't mind at all, mated with a 22 inner means any hill will be a nice easy spin.
got a new long cage rear mech too.....will it cope?

No problem as far as I'm aware. I use to run a 20/32/42 chainset with an 11-34 cassette without issue so I can't see your setup being an issue.

Yes it will cope fine, it's what I run on my 29er, just make sure your chain is the right length.

yes no problem there mate just make sure your chain isn't to long/short depending on your setup of rings

my set up is XT long mech on the back 11-36t with 22/33/44 sram crank on the front.... and a triple mech of course 🙂
chain length is key!
