I'm recently picked up my friends old 24/7 slacker and the bottom bracket bearings are a write off. I gather that's pretty common for internal BB's. From your experience is it worth getting a new BB, new bearings, or going for broke and replacing the whole shebang?
Bear in mind the bike will be on low mileage/fair weather/ dirt jump type duties...
