I've got a freeride bike with Totems (which I really really don't want to change!) but the problem is I live so far away from anywhere that I have to actually ride there, hence me wanting everlasting light. Is there any 20mm or anyway I can get a Dynamo on my 20mm hope pro 2 hub? Would really appreciate some help!! ๐Ÿ™‚

How far do you have to ride?

I've never seen a 20mm dynamo hub. Even 15mm is a bit unusual.

It's not something you can bolt on to an existing hub.

I'm not sure a dynamo hub would survive Freeride hits and abuse.

SP(sp?) do a 15mm now as well as the traditional 9qr. No 20mm that I'm aware of.

If you have a friendly machinist you could get some inserts made to make your forks take a (custom) 15mm axle, and then buy the SP-PD8X hub.

Shirley a second battery is cheaper than a new hub and wheel build?

@Scotroutes, that is a very good point! I think we'll just have to see haha
@Mowgli, that is a brilliant idea!!! I'm going to do that, thank you so much ๐Ÿ˜€
@Daffy it is not about the money!
