Has anyone used the 2024 Spectral CF with the thule 598 and can tell me if they work together? I'm concerned that the storage compartment may be in the way when clamping the arm.

Can’t say I’ve used that combo but clamping a carbon bike on the frame is surely a no no? Can’t you get the Thule one that clamps the front wheel instead

Thule, like bike bag manufacturers are failing to keep up with the evolving designs of bikes.
I don't have a storage compartment on my bike, but even that wouldn't fit on or clamp properly.
