Hello,

Was considering buying a second hand one of these,
And wondering if anyone has any experience of them, and how they rate them.

Cheers in advance

Paul

I was looking at this too. They come up quite heavy compared to other aluminium XC hardtails eg the old Highball or Niner Air9.

I have a 2018 Procaliber 6 and use it as my local bike and run-around bike. Not a clue on actual frame weight but I wouldn't have considered it heavy.

It may be slightly heavier than others due to the IsoSpeed decoupler; I have a 2020 Procaliber 6 and it does work at taking much of the buzz out. I'm soon getting (eventually...) an Orbea Laufey so it'll be interesting to compare; I daresay the Orbea will be much stiffer at the back end!
