Obviously it goes without saying that I'd be more than happy to pay £9.50 with postage for a swing arm grommet from Orange, but they're having a stock take and won't ship them until Thursday which is no good for me.
Anybody know of a shop that is likely to have these in stock, or one spare in a tool box they'd sell me?

What I did back in the day was to buy them from Halfords, hope this helps.

Maplin was suggested to me when I was trying to get some for my Segment. It also took several attempts for Orange to advise and send the correct size even after talking directly with their warranty dude
