Good but there are better forks , Pikes and the new Yari from Rockshox have bigger stanchions and will be stiffer and better performing . Depends on how much travel , what you weigh and how hard you ride as to whether you would notice any difference .

Not me but 5ft 3 female 9 St tops 140 mm travel......lunatic but no feeling or sense..
