yes i have been looking at xcracer but getting an idea of whats out there before dates are announced isnt a bad idea, i hadnt heard of bristol bikefest or HONC before they were mentioned here

Sleepless in the Saddle and Wiggle Enduro 6 at Catton Park, Derbyshire.

Any three hour trailquest should meet your 50km minimum if you're good. 😉

Trans Provence.....

A trailquest is a mountain bike orienteering event, navigating to a number of control points using lanes and bridleways.
Typically 30 CPs spread over 100 sq km in 3 hours.

If the EWE ^ is a bit extreme for you but you like the whole idea of 'self supported' then you might like the following.
