Anyone know what qualities of which weight oil I need to stick in my dual air revelations once I get them apart?

15ml of 15WT in each lower I think. That's what I do anyway!

Oil chart and service manuals etc... Rock shox have great documentation online 🙂

I've never touched the damper but all the info is in the service info on the Sram site.
