I've got a 2008 [url= http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/category/bikes/mountain/product/review-saracen-zen-3-08-31000/ ]Saracen Zen 3[/url] that has been sat semi stripped down in my garage doing pretty much nothing. I've decided to put it back together for my Dad, but I'm having a bit of trouble with the headset.
I've replaced the caged bearings from the headset and put everything back together as it was but the top cover is sitting approx. 0.5mm above the top cup. Is this normal? I thought it's meant to sit flush and I can't for the life of me remember how it's meant to look.

I can't even figure out which headset it is in order to check with FSA, it's marked with just 'Orbit' and there seems to be loads of different Orbit headsets on the FSA site.
Can anyone help?
