[Closed] 2009 Mavic Cross Rides

Just bought the silver 6 bolt version. First impressions seem promising. Only used them for general Chiltern xc stuff seem rigid and fast though I am running Race Kings on them.

The thing that draws me to them is the sealed cartridge bearing hubs, and light weight, slightly less than quoted on Mavics webby when I weighed them in the shop today 😯 .

And I can get a spangly SLX cassette and new tyres for my whole wheel budget as appose to just buying Hope Hoops and then swapping a LX Cassette onto them and using wire beaded Advantages I have on teh bike currently.

Also they look pimp 😆
