just ditched the triple front for a single 36, couple of hours of rooty Wisley woodland and a few goes at the A3 footbridge steps (without a front mech or chainguide) didn't dislodge the chain so reckon it's fine 🙂
I did miss the lower gears once or twice (OK quite a lot!!) maybe a 12-27 at the back isn't quite enough but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Next stop SS ?
