How much/little difference to bottom bracket height would a -2 degree angle set make? With the forks raked out slightly further there will be a reduction, but short of doing some hideous trigonometry based on some poor measurements I just wondered if anyone had an educated guess?

Piss-all. Unless you have to add a taller headset cup.
(I actually did all the numbers, established it was piss-all, then forgot. Something like 2mm sounds right. It does vary depending on fork length and current head angle though. By piss-all)

I put a -2 deg headset on my bike ,and it dropped the bb by 3mm

So less difference than a big crap would have on the shock sag and BB height!
