[Closed] 1st road bike - is 20yrs of mtb blurring my vision?

I've not paid anything yet, I have been told that someone will contact me a week ago, by not heard anything further. I'm guessing I will be contacted as the bike is ready to be dispatched...

Just got a call from Dolan, paid my £50 admin and the bike will be delivered to my local Halfords on Friday - just in time for Christmas.

I am just about to order the planet x RT57 - full carbon, Shimano 105 groupset and RS10 wheelset. This is the upgrade on my Orbea road bike and a christmas present to myself.

I can recommend getting a crudcatcher roadguard (or whatever the bloody name is) to save you from winter grit/grime etc.

Picked up the Dolan thus evening - looks nice in the dark. Will have my first ride tomorrow. ......

Only been for a quick blast around the block in between showers but its pretty nice - def the best bike on the halfords scheme.
