Last time Abigale got a new bike she was 7 years old and it was a Kona Stinky JR. Since then as she has grown all the bikes she has had have been built up from parts and frames acquired on here and ebay and from our parts and spares bin.
Thanks to the guys at Bikescene for their help she finally put her finishing touches on it last night, brakes, grips and saddle.
Her sister may inherit her old bike if the frames not too big

More like the Flintstones.

She hasn't sussed out how to fit it into the back of a Fiat 500 yet.

if you'd said "black, green and redcolour scheme" to me I'd have pulled a funny face but that actually looks very good indeed ๐Ÿ™‚

Lucky her! I quite like the 'loud stealth' look of black and bright...

Change the car if it is not big enough....

Bike - Wheels off, seatpost down.

Car - passenger seat right the way forward, back seats down, bike vertical forks behind the passenger seat. Should work.

Or a bike rack on the roof. It'll let everyone know that despite driving a Fiat 500 she is actually an interesting person ๐Ÿ˜‰

Awesome. I got my first 'new' bike this year. Have always gone for 2nd hand and whilst some have been near new, it was great to pedal out on a brand new box fresh bike.
