Hi guys this just a little bike ride myself and 4 guys from work are undertaking for the charity Help for heroes.
Were going to cycle from Llandudno on the north coast of Wales to Cardiff on the south coast, a total distance of just over 190 miles.
Thats 190 miles across wales in 1day what am i thinking wales is for mountain biking. just to rub it in as were going along the black stuff we'll be passing most of the major trail centers.
Any donations or just words of encouragement are apreciated, this is going to be physicaly and mentaly tough for all 5 of us.
