I've got a couple of 18650 batteries and 2 broken cheap chargers, looking to use my AAA batteries as I already have a charger. Anyone know if I can get a 18650 to AAA sleeve adapter?

They are different voltages. 18650 is 3.7V, AAA is about 1.5V. So even if you had an adapter, it probably wouldn't work.

I bought a couple of [url= http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120981515442?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 ]THESE[/url] and they came with adapters that take three AAA batteries. They were wider than the 18650 cell so some torches etc may not be large enough to take them.
