It's been a while in my head a then a while in the jig but it's finally winging its way to me via.... well a man in a van.

It's British racing green, short stays with an EBB, subtle black decals designed around a 435mm fork oh and a 29er.

I'm gonna run it with a fat front and an alfine 11

I can't bloody wait till next week.
Andy

It really does look superb in real life Andy. Can't wait to see your built up photos.

Enjoy it.

The lawn is pretty bad, was weedkilled as it was roughly 90% dandelions. The patches have now been seeded so should be better soon, I would say I'll post pics to proove it when it's come through, but I know full well I won't bother, it's only grass after all. The garden is there for the sole purpose of somewhere to hange the hammock(s)

Andy, definately need photos of it built up and YGM

Matt

Looks nice. Was speaking to Dave at Bothy last week and he was telling me about this build, good to see it ready. How much?

What's the thinking behind the unusual seatstays?

I just like the look,

Or I could start a argument and say that this design will give me "vertical compliance"

But I won't.

In a forum full of ridiculous bikes - I think that's the most awful horrid looking 'I must fill a niche' frame I've ever seen.

Just for closure - not commenting on build, paint, welding etc just the whole point of the frame.

Although IMO really don't see the point or the aesthetics of the curvy stays (only Hetchins have have only pulled it of successfully).
