I have a rock shox 125mm,, for me this has never gone low enough to make the bike feel as nimble as possible. So iv seen today that they now do a 150mm travel, have these only just come out - saw KS do one, are there any other brands which I may be able to pick up cheaper on the used market?
I bought my 150mm RS reverb back in June last year so they have been around a while. There was one for sale in the classified not long ago.
One came with my newmad, bought in May 14, so getting on for a couple of years
reverb is only available in 31.6 in 150mm drop, unless things have changed recently.
I'm sure there was a 30.9 Reverb but it disappeared. Why manufacturers still make 30.9 frames I don't know...
But, 150mm KS i950 and Reverb here, very pleased with both. Also a 125mm Reverb, less pleased with that, it's just plain old not as good.
Giant are doing the Contact Switch post in 150mm drop this year. Around the £150 mark I think.
