If you had £150 to spend on a dropper post what would you get?

It has to be the following:
1, minimum of 400mm long
2, 30.9mm diameter
3, 100 - 125mm drop
4, new so as to get a warranty

Giant contact I found did its job but you need to have a thumb of iron to press the button on the bars, both myself and my mate had one- we got rid
Reverb , or KS is the two I would buy again

andyl, the reverb is brilliant too, in terms of operation in use both posts feel the same to me. But the lev has no cable movement because of the seat collar entry, is easier to adjust because its a cable so you don't need to bleed it, has a more crash proof lever and has been more reliable so far...

I've had a maintainance issue with my reverb which I think is down to a design flaw that the lev has addressed.

The bottom of the reverb is open so if there is water in your frame, from riding in the ridiculous wet we have, it gets into the gubbins and leads to issues. the lev is sealed up at the bottom.

Ok I shall make it clearer, save up a few pounds to get a reverb from bike discount or hi bike.
