Was thinking of going to 140mm rotors for my HT and was wondering what needs to be done for setup.
Different adaptors surely?

Not all calipers can go as small as 140mm.

You may struggle. 160mm would be a lot easier

saves weight, better modulation, less likely to **** it on a rock.
as glenh said though, not al callipers go that small, my old XTR one goes to 160mm, think you can use a front 160mm calliper/addapter though, depends on frame clearance as well as there may not be enough clearance arround the dropout fo the caliper.
