I have a 130mm Rock Shox Tora air fork but fancy upgrading to something a bit better with a budget of up to £400. What's the best out there?

RS revelation spaced down to 130mm. That's what I've got - as light as a Reba, stiffer, great damping, what more could you ask for (and can be had for around £300 last time I looked).

Or keep your eyes open for a pair of second hand Revelation Airs on here, often being sold, my 2009's work perfectly with u turn 100 - 130mm travel

I have some 2008 Rev 100-130mm UTurns I'm probably going to sell in July when I get some 2013 forks. They obviously aren't new though.
