Other than bespoke Royce or 'Phil, any pointers?

It's to run an ss specific crank on my 54.5mm chinlined Rohloff in case you were wondering.

why not do the googling yourself?

Does anyone really think Q-factor matters (bar Graeme O'Bree and Ritchey's 1989 marketing agency)?

A couple (or even 0.5) mm will not matter over 16"
