Just browsing through my local rag's usual murders and fancy dress galas what should I find but...

That'll be for cycle paths then, and not to extend the BW network...

But can only be a good thing (fingers crossed).

That's what I thought; but from memory I'm sure that posts on here have suggested that members of PDNPA were mountain bikers so here's hoping that, if so, a bit of cash might make it beyond cycle paths.

It'll be greenways in the White Peak by the sound of it, not tarmacking Doctor's Gate. Presumably putting a cycle path over the Snake Pass would be far more expensive than £1.25mil.
