As above. Seen a good deal on a RS fork but it's configured as above.
Would prefer bolt through but have the option to run a 10mm axle as a compromise.
Would the fork be overly flexy?

bolt through doesn't cure stiffness in itself - my Maguras with dual crown but QR are stiffer than my RS with 15mm maxle.
It is the torque that you can get that determines the stiffness, not the size of the axle.
Using a 9mm RWS allows a lot more torque than normal QR so that is an option - the 9mm QR skewers like superstar are probably not worth using as they don't get much more torque than usual.
