Anyone uses them? Are they any good? do they last long?

No, not already! How many times have you ridden it Juan?

PS no idea, but the 'normal' steerer angleset (as I think your new bike takes) can only slacken 1 degree for what it's worth.

I have a Works components one. It made a noticeable difference to the bike. No issues whatsoever with mine.

LBS said it was a PITA to install, though.

And dont know how long they last as not hardly used mine. Only 1 degree but noticeable. Was tricky to fit but worth it.

I believe that the Works one uses standard Cane Creek headset compatible cartridge bearings, so replacements should be easy to get. I'm not certain as I forgot to measure mine before it went on the bike.

I've had one on my Soul for about a year now with no issues. I think it makes a difference. LBS fitted it and it took a while but no real issues.
