Looking at swapping all my bikes to 10 speed, currently got Sram XO on one and to be honest i'm not keen on the way the shifters work and prefer Shimano. So I was just wondering are the Shadow plus mechs really worth the extra over standard 10 speed mechs and i'm looking at SLX/XT and if any one's got any experience of either i'd like to hear what you think of them thanks.

S+ mechs are awesome very little chain slap and worth the extra. The new shifters either slx or xt are very sweet!
