An Islabike Luath 700 kids road / cx / gravel bike. This is a fairly early model which has seen lots of action, but which I refurbed with a new groupset and wheels around 4 years ago. The bike has seen a few hundred miles of use since.

The frame, fork, seat, seatpost, stem, handlebars, cranks and brakes are all original. They are all in good working order, but as you can see from the photos have some cosmetic wear & tear. The saddle is quite worn. The brakes are Tektro Onyx cantis.

The wheels are handbuilt DT Swiss R460 rims on 350 hubs, with competition spokes. The rear rim has had three dents which have been pulled back into shape. The wheel runs true and braking is effective. Some paint has been worn on one side of the front wheel by a brake pad that slipped out of position.

The chainrings, cassette, shift levers, derailleurs and chain are all Shimano 105 10-speed and in good working order.

Tyres are a 40c Nutrak gravel tyre.

This is a great little bike that I bought from my boss after his kids enjoyed using it. My boys have had a lot of fun on it, and hopefully it can keep running for a few more years and help create more memories.

Size-wise, my boys (who are both on the tall side) used this bike between the ages of 10 and 12.
