This is our hardtail tandem that just no longer get the use it deserves anymore as we have other options to ride.

Its a medium/small 17/14.5 with sliding rohloff specific frame built by 18bikes, from a mix of tubesets including some 853 in the front triangle, I bought the frame second hand a few years back and built it to a spec that we wanted. Its superb and super capable setup as well as being ultra reliable too.

Frame 17/14 medium/small would suit a couple or parent/child as rear size is very flexible for ages/heights. Built with 2Souls sliding dropouts with rohloff specific lh dropout and no hanger on rh side plus a has a phil wood eccentric up front.. Frame built with internal dropper guides holes front and rear.

Rest of the spec is 120mm Manitou Magnum 29+ fork which is only been ridden twice since last service. Wheels are Halo Vapour 50 up front running a 29 x 3.0 DHR and a Rohloff hub on a Halo Vapour 35 with a Vittoria Mezcal 2.6, plenty of frame clearance.

Brakes are a pair of very retro but just the nicest modulation from any brake I ever ridden, Magura Gustav M with Goodridge hoses, running a 200mm front rotor and a 190mm rear.

Chainsets are Raceface Aeffect with a DM front and spider rear on Shimano BBs. Raceface bars/stem with Thomson 400mm captains seatpost and a USE suspension post or wither a Thudbuster LT (your choice). Bontrager saddles.

Unfortunately its a bit big to ship, but could deliver with a 75 mile range. If you want to test ride it your more than welcome, great riding from the doorstep and I’m happy to guide you.
