I have 2 Shimano 10 speed shifters for sale. Both in good working condition. Both come with cover plates and shift indicator windows (although I think there is one tiny grub screw missing to fit the SLX indicator window).  

XT – SL-M780 £20 – sold

SLX – SL-M670 £15

Prices for collection + £3.50 for postage.
