Just to be pedantic, it is no longer Advent.
Not having a MIPS helmet and not all that sure on how they work, but wouldn’t putting a velcro strap through the vents stop it working/rotating?
@inbred it could if you cack handedly trapped the MIPS with the Velcro, or threaded the Velcro right over the top of the MIPS liner. But you should be able to thread stuff through (or ‘bolt’ in the case of an Exposure light mount) without interfering with MIPS. Is ok with my Giro (sample size = 1.)

@ stingmered, , just checked my old Giro Feature helmet, 2012! Think I might need a new one.
