Just wanted to point out, that those trailside repair cartridges don’t work at all. they just make your tires messy from the inside. Also, they are all from the same manufacturer, no matter what the cartridge says.
Not sure the question matches what Hannah actually says in the video, but I get your drift 🙂
Triathlon is fun. The best ones are the offroad relays, when you get 2 mates to do the swim and run bits, respectively. 🙂

in the distant past i was looking on ebay for some large syringes for measuring fork oil. the product picture showed a racy looking nurse in a gold lame uniform suggestively presenting the syringe. and it shipped from germany. i got scared
