Look is a very established name in the road world, having helped pioneer the original clip-in pedals and shoe systems way back. It was also early to the mountain bike clip-in pedal scene too, with its pedals famously being favoured by Tinker Juarez. However, this is its first entry to the competitive flat pedal world and it has made a super strong start with the Look Trail Roc pedals.
The pedals feature double sets of Look’s legendary bearings, along with a DU bushing too, yet the pedal spindle area is low profile for that connected feel to the pedals. In addition, although the pedal is very slimline, there are a dozen steel pins per side and there’s a concave shape created from the varied pin lengths – 10mm outer and 8mm inner to give great grip on the bike. And finally, they come in black, so they’ll match any bike!
