Although Tahnee Seagrave is out for this round of the UCI Downhill World Cup, the racing was as fast and as close as ever.
What a contrast from last week! Leogang is sunny, dusty and midge-fee, but what hasn’t changed since Fort William is the nail-biting racing during today’s final.
Rachel Atherton had a spill at the very start of her race run meaning she was off the pace right from the start allowing Juliana rider, Nina Hoffman to achieve her best result so far at a World Cup race. The final result coming down to the final run from Tracey Hannah receiving her first win of 2019 and putting her in contention for the overall.
If you didn’t watch this race you need to check it out on catch up right now!
