Commencal rider and all-time freeride legend, Brendan Howey hits the trail again with videographer Jean-Baptiste Liautard to bring us this edit from the Sunshine Coast. The trails are actually local to Brendan’s home which explains why the already smooth rider is flowing better than Busta Rhymes along the Yangtze River.
For those of you wondering about the bike, it’s a Commencal Furious a bike designed to offer downhill race performance and the versatility of freeride/park bike in a single package.

“We shot this video a few days after Crankworx Whistler around Brendan’s House on the Sunshine Coast. I stayed a week at his place and it was the first time for me on the coast. The lifestyle there is really different from Whistler, everything is more quiet, even if the place is becoming more and more touristic. Through this video, I just wanted to show Brendan’s lifestyle, from the trails to the beach, surrounded by some incredible landscapes and light.”
