Vitus Gets Its XC Race On With The 2019 Rapide Alloy And Rapide Carbon Range

by 0

Vitus has launched a revamped range of bikes for 2019. Some are old favourites with a few choice updates, while others are completely new models.

For its XC range, we have a mix of familiar and new. The carbon Rapide remains the flagship XC race rig, but it is now joined by a more affordable Rapide alloy, available in two build options.

The range-topping carbon Rapide gets a fresh new lick of paint for 2019.

The new for 2019 Vitus Rapide Alloy bikes feature a lightweight alloy frame with race-proven geometry, 1x drivetrains and remote lockout forks. Each bike in the range comes with high-end Maxxis 3C tyres and with everything needed to set the bikes up tubeless for more weight saving.

Vitus Rapide models are available in sizes S,M,L and XL suiting riders from 4ft 11in to 6ft 7in. Each bike features 29in wheels, 440mm chainstays and 68.5° headtube angle. A threaded BB is sure to be a crowd pleaser not to mention the rather competitive pricing.
