VIDEO: Marc Beaumont ‘I am a bike racer’

Marc Beaumont had a year off from downhill racing in 2015, but this year he’s hoping to make waves with his comeback, this time racing with the successful Madison/Saracen team.

But it’s hard to go from riding in the woods to the world stage again and it takes a lot of preparation, as this beautifully shot video shows.

Not entirely all glamour, this bike racing lark

Marc is a popular character on the scene, with a cheery character and a great, flowy riding style. With ‘The King of Flow’ Will Longden as his new team manager, we have great hopes for the chap.

With Will as his manager, the prospects are good

And you don’t need a huge bike to get some big air
