Barney Marsh

Barney Marsh takes the word ‘career’ literally, veering wildly across the road of his life, as thoroughly in control as a goldfish on the dashboard of a motorhome. He’s been, with varying degrees of success, a scientist, teacher, shop assistant, binman and, for one memorable day, a hospital laundry worker. How many bikes are pinched by pros and how many by little opportunistic scroats? (I don’t know, just asking).
I’ve always datagged my PTWs and will continue to data tag my pushbikes. See too many posts about ‘police reclaimed’ machines asking if anyone’s knows their owner.
If my bike is nicked at least I know I’ve done all I can to make it easy to be returned, nowt wrong with that is there?
