Marzocchi Products 2010

New for 2010 is a special edition of the Marzocchi 55 RC3 Ti in Bomber Purple. Previously only given to professional riders such as Brian Lopes and Cedric Gracia the Bomber Purple 55 will be limited to just 50 forks for 2010 and available through official Marzocchi dealers.

The new 2010 version has also shed an impressive 362g over the 09 RC3 by using new internals with a Titanium coil spring and an oil displacing bottom out MDU.

  • Open bath RC3 damping derived from the World Championship winning 888.
  • New 2 piece bushing with vertical slots for better oil penetration. The bushings are also paired to the stanchions and lower legs to ensure tighter tolerances and smother running.
  • Marzocchi new QR20 system.
  • 3 year warranty with no service stipulations.
  • RRP £899.95

Available from Jan 2010.

  1. 3 year warranty with no service stipulations? That’s impressive! They’re obviously making a big push to get back market share with a policy like that.

  2. Sounds good. Openbath needs to make a comeback!

  3. Rickos – I’d say that if I was asking £899 for yester years technology. A ti spring doesnt make it bling.

Sorry Marzocchi, go and take Manitou’s place.

  4. £899 for a set of forks? Really?

  5. Not a chance for £899. Sorry Marzocchi, but it’ll be a set of Floats or Rockshox Revelations instead until the price drops.

  6. They must need to charge that much to cover all the warranty work.

  7. should be reliable tho…and should work well in the dusty conditions unlike fox and rock shox?

  8. I don’t care if they make me irresistable to women and put the coffee on in the morning, £899 is far, far too much for a 160mm fork.
