Two days to go until the second stop of the 2009 Premier Demo Series at Cwmcarn, South Wales.

by 5

This means that in just two days time you could be swinging your leg over demo bikes from Turner, Intense, Lapierre, Cove and Rocky Mountain before heading out onto some of South Wales’ finest trails.

Not only that but you can grab a cuppa in the café, get any questions you have about the bikes answered, pick up some skills tips from World Cup racer and Rocky Mountain Professional rider Scott Beaumont and meet some of the people behind Singletrack Magazine (you lucky, lucky people). The trials are still open as normal so bring your own bike and make the most of the trails on offer.

Not only that but it is all free and in a relaxed friendly environment with no “hard selling” taking place. All they ask is that you ride the bikes, have fun and enjoy yourself.

The demo take place on both Saturday and Sunday in the bottom car park from 10am till 4pm.

I quite fancied going down there, but it turns out that they don’t have any bikes in XL. Being a lanky streak that means nothing will remotely fit me.

Very little in a small too . . . but I reckon it’d be rude not to throw a leg over a small Tracer.

Well, I’ll be there with some ‘one size fits all’ Singletrack hipflasks… 🙂
