A quick rundown of what happened:
Just before Christmas the site was hacked, and most of it deleted. Due to various security implications we couldn’t put the old site back up.
We made a new forum for people to continue chatting.
During this time some hackers decided it would be nice to give our site a load of ‘Denial of Service’ attacks (basically flood the site with requests so genuine traffic can’t get through)
And all the while our current website hosts were going down the pan so they didn’t/couldn’t do anything to help us.
What Now Then?
We have got a brand new website host – which these pages are being served from now.
The forum is back up and running – if you haven’t signed up for that yet (or you did it after 9:13am – 29/12/08 you’ll have to re-signup – sorry)
We are working on the new site which will take a few days.
There’s not much happening in the cycle industry right now anyway (it’s Christmas time), but when there is we will tell you about it.
If you want to help us in any way then you can buy something from the shop – that way you get something and so do we.
