What a joke... suggests some people are stealing purely for fun, what greater trophy than something with POLICE branding?
They must take theft seriously in some areas - logging that one of their mates have taken a packet of crumpets and some milk.
More concerning than them not being able to avoid being victims of crime themselves is that some of the items being stolen would tend to suggest an inside job...
