I was banned for putting up a picture of a gas chamber. Apparently that offended people.
I was then later banned for a weekend for something else, but I cant remember what.I'm a reformed character.

I was banned for "hacking" the old site (posting as other people's user names).
Oh and publicly pointing out that the old site was open to XSS attacks.(But it was purely "white hat" stuff and I hopefully redeemed myself as part of the lynch mob that helped track down the "black hat" who took out the old site).

I was warned but not banned for mentioning a particular mountain bike event taking place in the New forest on the weekend of August 22nd/23rd with only 500 tickets for sale and over £10,000 worth of prizes so far.

Not been banned, as far as I know, just been on holiday on a scotish skiing site. Cant even escape simonfbarnes there. Link to the boggtrotters Helvellyn ride in a snow patch watching thread. Dont think you can be banned for being boring so looks like I'm in for the summer.
