    Some motorists will do anything to reclaim the streets…. bet none of those bikes are displaying road tax! Probably clarkson if it’s Oxfordshire….

    Looks like he’s been round yorkshire collecting the leftovers from TDF. Bet it took him ages to remove the yellow paint.
