I don’t know where ‘we’ are with the police. Las tI heard they seemed to think paypal would cough up everyone and so no actual theft… However, this is clearly not the case…

I think most people who did business with bustafajones got what they paid for. It was the fact that he seemed to have a never-ending supply of high-end, used bike parts that was dodgy…

i did receive some gear from karl williams but some is currently in a parcelfarce warehouse somewhere on gods green earth – he’s been in touch though and a claim is pending so not panicing at the mo….fingers crossed!

Last chance saloon is visa protection but the bank said it’s a bit of a grey area.

The trouble is my paypal account takes straight out from my bank account not visa.. but I’ll contact them and see what they suggest about getting me my £180.00 back!

I think he’ll be obliged to attend your local County court – if he fails to turn up or loses you can then apply to have the bailiffs sent in
